We only sell Guided Holidays, River Cruises and Small Ship Cruises. We don’t do anything else, so we are very good at it. We have personally selected all of our operators, as we truly believe that they represent the finest available. We have also personally experienced many of the products available here, so we know what we are talking about.
As an accredited travel service provider we can offer you start to finish, one stop shopping for all your cruising and touring needs, we are available to answer all your questions, assist you with necessary flights and give you the best personalized experience possible.
For your additional peace of mind we are ATAS accredited and a member of AFTA. (Prior to its discontinuation by legislation, we were a fully licenced travel agent and Travel Compensation Fund participant)
- Once you have decided on a tour or river cruise simply hit the “Request a Quote” tab or call us on 1300 994 765.
- Complete the tour information on the quote request and hit the send button. Please specify how you would like to be contacted. Either by phone or return email.
- Once we have priced your tour we will send you a personalised quote with sufficient information for you to decide if you wish to book. If you decide to proceed you would contact us and instruct us to make the booking. At this time you would provide us with a deposit. Payment can be made either by credit card (Visa or Master Card) or by Electronic Fund Transfer direct from your account to ours. Generally deposits must be received within 5 days from the date of booking or else that booking will automatically lapse.
- If you have made an airline booking with us, you will also be required to make full payment for that airline booking within 5 days.
- Final payment for your tour or river cruise is required 60 days prior to departure.
- Your tour documents will be delivered to you 2 -3 weeks prior to your departure.
